The shareholders of Agip Karachaganak B.V. are Joint-Stock Company “Sovereign Wealth Fund ‘Samruk-Kazyna'” – 67.42%, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 9.58%, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 20%, and minority shareholders – 3%. At the same time, the shares owned by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan are held in trust by the Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna Joint-Stock Company.

The Satti jack-up floating drilling rig, owned by Agip Karachaganak B.V., measures 72 meters in length, 64 meters in width, and 119 meters in height, making it comparable to a 26-storey building.
This state-of-the-art rig is the first and only jack-up floating drilling unit in Kazakhstan capable of drilling wells to depths exceeding 6 kilometers, demonstrating the company’s commitment to advanced technology and operational excellence in the oil and gas industry.
